dc.description.abstract | Approaches of on-line pre-column derivatization with flow injection (FI) and sequential injection (SI) for liquid chromatography (LC) are reviewed. Considerations in interfacing FI/SI to LC is discussed. Employing such on-line derivatization pre-column pretreatment approaches, applications to organic species (biomedical, food, pharmaceutical, environmental, and other types of samples) as well as metal ions are presented. Further developments in the approaches are recommended. | en_US |
