Abstract

This paper purposing to develop the Information System for Road Construction Site Project (IRSC) which shall improve the efficiency of the operation, data supporting for making the decision and could be solved all the relevant problems and obstacle concerned, to enable the project’s successfulness. The instruments for research are using the practical used of the business analysis (BA) to determine the scope, requirements and solutions for the correctness of the information management system which are most suitable for the participants by using the PHP5 program for developing the web application of the Information System for Road Construction Site Project. The information management system have also included 3 main systems which are the common operating system, the input-output documentation system and the system monitoring of the Road construction project including the summary report of the project. Base on the results, we infer that the overall of the information management system is actually work with the good conditions due to the system can meet the requirement concern with real situations and the linkage between the system are systematic where as there are convenient for buildup, changing and modify which the report are efficiency for making the decision. The efficiency factors are swiftness of the queries, reports and the most important part is the accuracy of the data using.
