dc.description.abstract | This research is a study on how to improve the virtual synchronous generator (VSG) into a multi-function VSG for DG-based VSG. It can be operated in multiple modes by simply switching switches in a proposed block control for islanded mode, grid-connected mode, pre-parallel mode, pre-synchronization mode, and STATCOM mode automatically. Block control and flow chart of multi-function algorithm are proposed. Simulation results are presented to validate the control strategy. | en_US |
